You receive a written proposal listing exactly what we'd coordinate, what stays with your family, and a custom price quote.

Agreed contract · When you're ready
Nothing starts until you've reviewed and signed a service contract. You can ask questions or change the scope first.

Coordination begins · Typically 2–12 weeks
We coordinate the agreed tasks with the professionals you choose and keep you updated at each step.

Pricing
Every family's situation is different, so every quote is custom.
Your price depends on what you'd like coordinated, how quickly it needs to happen, and how many professionals are involved. You'll see the full price in writing in your proposal before anything starts. There's no charge for the consultation or the proposal.
Professionals you hire (movers, attorneys, care providers, communities) bill you directly. Their fees are separate from ours.
