- How quickly can you admit after we call, including on weekends?
- How often will the nurse and aide visit, and who answers the phone at 2 a.m.?
- Can you provide care in a nursing home or assisted living, as well as at home?
- Do you offer respite stays and continuous care during a crisis?
- What support do you offer the family, including grief support afterward?
